I’m talking to one of my dental clients to show them how Dubb works and how it would be a perfect way to send personalized messages pre or post a procedure.
The question that they posed was around HIPAA compliance.

Is Dubb HIPAA compliant or do you have a security protocol that clears you for healthcare businesses to use it for their patients?

Hi @MediaByJP

Dubb is only HIPAA Compliant if the user is not using Dubb to transmit or Store Individually Identifiable Health Information. If it is being used to Store or Transfer Individually Identifiable Health Information, it is not HIPAA compliant.
