I sent a video to three of my teammates as a preview. One of them only saw a blank screen. Could it be a browser issue? I think he was using IE.
Hi sharineely! I tried using IE to open a video and it also shows a blank screen. We recommend you use a different browser like google chrome and Microsoft edge to access the video.
Hello and thank you for your response. So if i am sending this to 30 contacts those with IE will see a black screen? Is there a message that populates advising recipients that it should be viewed on chrome and edge?
