Hi all,

Can somebody please tell me how I add first name to my bulk emails?

So far i have tried {{first-name}} [[first-name]] ((first-name)) but none are working for me. The video will still show Hi {{first-name}} etc

Hi Paul,

You may use {{first-namei}} or {{first-name|hi}} for the first name. You may also get to choose in this list of tokens to use in your email template or video
