I have had a video now still saying transcoding for the past 3 hours, which normally does this within about 5-10 minutes.
I have cleared all cache as it said on the help pages, but it still stuck. I also tried uploading another video and that’s not even showing uploaded.
Is this a issue my end or does dubb a bigger problem atm that you are working to resolve? No support until Monday as thought I would drop this in here.
As have some important videos I need to get out really be midday tomorrow
